The consultation is divided into four phases:

Talking

1. Initial Contact and Data Collection

2. Initial Interview and Records Review

3. Data Analysis and Recommendation Development

4. Recommendation Review

Phase 1:

When you have decided you would like to engage a consultation with Dr. Dunne, please A. fill out the required consent and intake forms provided, and B. gather copies of your diagnostic testing plus any of your care providers’ treatment notes you are able to share. When you have all of these items ready, please send an email to alert me to your intention to make an appointment, and to expect your records. Please also provide your phone number and suggestions about when is a good time to call.

Phase 2:

When your intake information is received, I will call you to schedule a phone consult with the doctor. At this time you will be asked to reserve your appointment time by purchasing your session online. I will give you an account and you will access to the Client Resources section of this site. You will log on and purchase your consulation. Prepayment for each of your telephone sessions with Dr. Dunne must be made at least 7 days prior to the day of your appointments.

Phase 3:

You will spend time in consultation with Dr. Dunne on the phone. Please plan on at least 60 minutes of uninterrupted time for each of these calls. These sessions may be completed in more or less time, depending on 1) how much information you have to share in the first phase and 2) how complex your recommendations are or how many questions you have at the time of the fourth phase. If your session requires more than 75 minutes, you will be asked to schedule an additional session to complete the process.

Phase 4:

We will use e-mail communication as well as telephone. Telephone calls are scheduled; Dr. Dunne will call you at the agreed upon appointment hour. If you need to reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. Find our scheduling and financial policies here . Your recommendations will be e-mailed to you a few days before your scheduled review, after your session has been pre-paid. Optimally you will have read through it all and prepared initial questions before your session. The length of each session is pre-set; if you need more time we can schedule additional calls. If your circumstance is so complex that more than two hours of data analysis is required, we will contact you to discuss additional fees. TassiaT
